Use small hand tools, power tools, and test equipment. Ensure that service operates within prescribed parametersAttempt to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived problemsDrive company vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous mannerClean, maintain, and stock vehicle and equipment in order to be prepared to perform required dutiesComplete paperwork accurately, and reports and records work order status updatesCustomer ServiceGreet customers in the home while conducting walk throughReview all requested services with the customer in order to ensure understanding and agreementInteract with customers in a professional, courteous manner including when responding to escalations and repeated customer concernsProvide customer education regarding product and service usageQualificationsMinimum 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma or equivalentMust be available to work weekends (as needed)Valid driver's license and a good driving recordAbility to lift up to 50 lbs with or without accommodationsAbility to carry a 28’ ladderAbility to work in tight spaces such as a crawl space of a houseDue to safety reasons, maximum bodyweight restriction must not exceed 350 poundsGood, professional written and verbal communication skillsAble to work in a fast-paced, time sensitive environmentTravel is requiredWhy work with usYour career here is more than just a job — it's your pathway to opportunity.
