We match borrowers - builders, developers, landowners, and commercial property owners - with private investors and institutional lenders. We are hiring a full-time Commercial Lending Admin VA to take over the administrative side of our operations.Your day-to-day work will involve setting up and managing document data rooms in Google Drive for each deal, collecting and organising all required documents from clients, following up when documents are overdue, managing diaries, and handling general admin tasks across all active deals. You will be building the filing and document management system from scratch - there is no existing CRM or structured process in place.If you have experience in finance administration, credit file processing, loan administration, compliance document management, or similar roles where you were responsible for collecting, organising, and tracking documents across multiple matters or cases, we want to hear from you.What We Offer Stable, long-term role with an established Australian business Full-time, 40 hours per week PHP 30,000 starting salary during probation PHP 33,500 + PHP 1,500 benefits post probation (approximately 1 month) 13th month pay Government-mandated benefits Fully remote - work from homeWhat You'll Do Create and manage Google Drive data rooms (shared folders) for each deal - labelling and organising documents by type such as valuations, assets and liabilities statements, contracts, and title documents Collect all required documents from clients for each active deal Follow up with clients who have not provided documents on time via email or phone Track what has been received and what is still outstanding across all deals Handle day-to-day admin tasks assigned by both principals Organise files, email s, and deal records Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-upsRequirements Understanding of finance and basic credit files - terms like valuation, assets and liabilities, settlement, and security should be familiar to you. Prior experience in finance, credit, or lending admin is strongly preferred Strong document management and organisational skills - you will be building the filing system from scratch across multiple simultaneous deals Google Drive proficiency - comfortable creating shared folders, managing permissions, and maintaining clean file structures Proactive follow-up habits - comfortable chasing clients for outstanding documents without waiting to be asked Professional written and verbal communication - you will have direct client contact for follow-ups and admin tasks Ability to manage competing priorities from two managers without dropping things High attention to detail and personal standards - messy or incomplete work will not be accepted Reliable computer and stable internet connectionNICE TO HAVE Prior experience in Australian commercial lending, broking, or finance administration Experience setting up document management systems or data rooms from scratch Calendar management and executive admin support experienceSCHEDULE Full-time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Australian timezone (AEST/AEDT)Once your application is submitted, you will receive an email from us with the next steps and instructions.
