Your recruiter will provide the most up-to-date details during the hiring process._**How you'll make an impact in this role**+ Conduct and manage medically prescribed physical therapy treatments, including initial and ongoing patient assessments.+ Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and families.+ Deliver therapeutic interventions using appropriate standard physical therapy techniques.+ Supervise and direct physical therapy assistants, students, and support staff.**What minimum requirements you'll need**Licensure / Certification / Registration:+ BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.+ Drivers License credentialed from the Illinois Department of Motor Vehicles (IL-DMV) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.+ Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.Education:+ Bachelor's degree required.
