Structural/Shell Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee commercial and multifamily structural and shell construction projects from preconstruction through completion.The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination, financial management, and execution of assigned projects. This individual will work closely with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and field supervision to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from preconstruction through closeoutDevelop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and cost forecastsCoordinate structural scopes including foundations, concrete, masonry, structural steel, elevated decks, and building shell systemsManage subcontractors, suppliers, purchasing, and material procurementReview plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of workManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentationWork closely with Superintendents to coordinate field operations and project sequencingConduct project meetings with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and internal staffMonitor project costs, productivity, scheduling, and overall project performanceIdentify potential issues and develop solutions before they impact the projectMaintain strong relationships with owners, clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholdersEnsure compliance with company safety and quality standardsQualificationsExperience managing structural, shell, concrete, masonry, or commercial construction projectsStrong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, scheduling, and cost managementExperience managing subcontractors and coordinating multiple construction scopesStrong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environmentBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred, but equivalent construction experience will be consideredIdeal candidates will have experience with commercial, multifamily, hospitality, mixed-use, high-rise, or large-scale structural construction projects.
