Sales Insurance Agent
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic candidate to join our team. We are willing to train and license the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling a variety of insurance products, including home, auto, life, and farm insurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping clients find the best insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through various channels, including, cold calling, networking, and referrals, with a focus on the agricultural community.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ insurance requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Present and explain insurance policy options to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage details specific to their needs.
Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage.
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of Farm Bureau Insurance products and services.
Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
Handle objections and close sales effectively.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the policy lifecycle.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM system.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors’ offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
