You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects.Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Management:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersDevelop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgetsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budgetTeam Collaboration:Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, engineers, QA, and business analystsFoster a collaborative and productive team environmentCommunicate project expectations, progress, and changes to stakeholdersStakeholder Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholdersProvide regular updates on project status, risks, and issuesManage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with project goalsTechnology Integration:Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that technology solutions align with business objectivesUnderstand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersOversee the integration of new technologies into existing systemsRisk Management:Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plansProactively address issues and obstacles that may impact project successEnsure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirementsQuality Assurance:Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectationsImplement best practices for project management and technology integrationConduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvementQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related fieldPMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology projectsStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologiesExperience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailKnowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plusInfinitive is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
