Our Semiconductor client is looking for an AI/ML Engineer. Role: AI/ML Engineer Location: 2100 Logic Drive, San Jose, CA 95124 United States Duration: 12+ monthsRate: $75/hr on W2 SummaryThe main function of an AI/ML engineer is to design, develop, and implement artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to solve complex problems and enable advanced functionalities in various applications. A typical AI/ML engineer is responsible for researching and utilizing data-driven techniques to improve system performance and create innovative AI/ML solutions.Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust machine learning models for predictive and prescriptive analytics. Perform data mining using state-of-the-art methods and analyze large, complex data sets to extract insights and identify trends. Implement algorithms and software needed to perform analyses and integrate machine learning models into production systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and software developers, to define problem statements, collect data, and implement solutions. Stay current with the latest AI/ML research and technologies to propose and implement improvements. Validate model performance and accuracy using various metrics and adjust models as necessary. Skills: Proficient in machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch) and libraries (like scikit-learn). Strong coding skills in programming languages like Python, R, or Java. Knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and software architecture. Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and/or natural language processing. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka. Ability to communicate complex results to a non-technical audience and work collaboratively in a team.
