Our mission is to significantly improve skin matrix health and deliver exceptional service to our physicians.The PositionThe basic duties of this position include, but are not limited to:Manage the Account process that includes planning account business, presenting account business plans, continuous follow-up to ensure brand objective and monitoring and evaluating sales results.Grow active accounts base by opening new accountsSupport High Potential AccountsFocus on Sell-Through retailing strategy resulting in Increase AOS, Increase Order FrequencyGrow SKU adoption and product line offeringDevelop and maintain high visibility with key accounts, decision-makers and decision-influencers; leveraging the power of Senté market.Position against competitive threats to achieve business opportunities.Utilize strategic thinking to solve problems, capitalize on business opportunities and communicate crucial market, trade and competitive information to RM, proposing potential solutions and actions steps.Ensure roll-out of programs are correctly executed and aligned with brand strategy within the region.Achieve quarterly corporate objectives by developing and executing account-specific business development plans.Provide RM with accurate monthly forecasts.Grow profitable Sales volume and market share within territory.Prepare and deliver account presentations utilizing all Sales and Marketing data, to support the SENTÉ strategy.Develop a strong customer rapport.Provide efficient and effective management of all territory budget.Consistent Quota AchievementConsistent New Account AcquisitionCollaborative, Team Leader, PositiveQualifications and SkillsDemonstrates Senté's key leadership principles on a consistent basis:Be Customer ObsessedDemonstrate Mutual RespectAdopt Positive IntentGo Slow to Go FastBe Passionate and DeterminedDo More with LessPromote Growth and DevelopmentRequires effective interpersonal, organizational and analytical abilities.Proactive, decision-maker, autonomous.Analytical in approach to identifying opportunities.Effectively monitor, analyze, interpret and communication business information.Must be enthusiastic, dedicated and energetic while demonstrating a positive attitude.
