The Nurse Manager role involves overseeing daily operations within a medical/surgical float pool setting.
This full-time position is based in Yonkers, NY, with a Monday to Friday daytime schedule.
The role requires managing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
Requirements:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a staff nurse.
Experience in managing healthcare operations and staff.
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to coordinate staff schedules and manage budgets.
Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards.
Proficiency in team building and problem-solving strategies.
Capability to evaluate staff performance and provide necessary feedback.
Qualifications:
Licensed and currently registered as a Nurse in the State of New York.
