EHS Coordinator
Job Description
The EHS Coordinator will support manufacturing operations by overseeing environmental health and safety programs to ensure regulatory compliance and promote a safe workplace. This role involves managing compliance audits, training programs, incident investigations, and sustainability initiatives. Reporting to both the Facility Manager and Operations Manager, the Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining safety standards and environmental stewardship within the facility.ResponsibilitiesMonitor compliance with environmental health and safety regulationsConduct risk assessments and safety auditsManage incident reporting and investigationsCoordinate and deliver safety and environmental training programsOversee environmental management and sustainability initiativesLiaise with regulatory agencies and ensure documentation controlAnalyze safety data to drive continuous improvementDevelop and update EHS policies and emergency response plans Preferred Qualifications5+ years experience in environmental health and safety rolesKnowledge of OSHA standards and environmental regulationsProficient in risk assessment and incident investigationExperience in delivering safety training and compliance auditsStrong communication, problem solving, and attention to detailSkilled in data analysis related to EHS metricsFamiliarity with wastewater management is a plusCompany DescriptionManufacturing excellence starts from within.
