Key Responsibilities:Perform the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient careProvide safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a burn MedSurg environmentMonitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changesMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient careEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recoveryParticipate in performance improvement and shared governance initiativesSupport mentorship and professional development within the care teamEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory, and organizational policiesUphold confidentiality and professional nursing standardsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills- Experience in Med Surg / Burn Unit / Acute Care preferredStrong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity environmentExcellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skillsStrong patient advocacy and commitment to patient-centered careAssociate Degree in Nursing requiredBachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferredLicensure & Certifications (required upon hire):Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)Minimum 2 years direct patient care experience requiredAbility to work Night Shift (for this specific role)Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environmentCommitment to hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conductOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar fulltime positions.
