Performs manualrepairs as needed; cleaning in all areas of the facility; maintain thegrounds to include mowing, trimming hedges, mulching; sweepingsidewalks, parking lots; snow, and ice removal, etc.Role Andresponsibilities Performs routine facility/building maintenance and equipmentmaintenance Identifies and coordinates repairs or improvements in accordancewith company standards Cleans building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming Services and supplies restrooms Empties all trash cans; consolidate trash for pickup; ensures allrecycling programs and policies are implemented and followed Familiar with MSDS, storing and using chemicals safely, and properchemical disposal Some painting, lighting, ceiling tile replacements, window cleaning Self-motivated and ability to work with minimal supervisionSAFETYDue to the physical requirements, as well as the need to maintain a highlevel of alertness in the work environment, this is a safety-sensitiveposition.
