We act as an extension of our client’s team, using marketplace, category, product, advertising, and competition data to develop strategies that drive growth, improve efficiency, and support long-term marketplace success.About the RoleHinge Commerce seeks a smart, highly organized, self-driven Project Manager to join our growing team. We are seeking a customer-obsessed individual with strong attention to detail, e-commerce experience, a curious mind, and passion for the digital shelf. This role is responsible for onboarding, planning, and supervising client projects and product launches. This includes but is not limited to managing client contracts, fostering clear and concise communication both internally (cross-functional teams) and externally (clients, vendors and partners), ensuring company processes and workflows are being utilized and continually improved; and completing projects on time in accordance with contractual and platform requirements. You will independently oversee project lifecycles, keeping projects in scope while keeping high-touch brand partners aligned and on track.ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute client projects for both large-scale enterprise brands and small to mid-sized businessesTimely task, process, and budget management within Zoho Projects, Asana, Gannt charts, and budget trackers.Act as an operational buffer between client stakeholders and internal creative talent to maintain balanced workloads and clear priorities across all clientsSimultaneously, manage multiple projects with varying difficulty and priority levelsClearly communicate project status and parameters with clients and key internal stakeholders; proactively providing feedback and implementing required action to ensure timelines are achieved.Monitor contract parameters and manage project scopes to protect agency marginsContinuously evaluate, provide feedback, and improve project workflows, automation, processes, and tools.Plan and facilitate client project strategy and scope meetingsEnsure all content meets platform retailer requirementsInternal Weekly Business Review (WBR) client project tracking updatesWork closely with senior leadershipAssist in strategy planning for digital shelf content RFP presentationsOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field1-3+ years of project management experience within a digital agency, creative studio, or fast-paced ecommerce environment.Proven track record managing creative workflows (specifically visual design and copywriting) tailored to major CPG brands and online retailer platforms.Exceptional organizational skills with a strong understanding of contract scope management and resource planning tools (e.g., Zoho, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com).Outstanding written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills: proven ability to negotiate scope boundaries diplomatically with clients and creative teams alike.Comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing competing priorities, and operating independently with a high degree of accountability.Required SkillsKnowledge of Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, Target, and other ecommerce retailer platforms.Preferred SkillsThis person will be comfortable working in a start-up environment where creativity, invention, adaptability, and ownership are important characteristics of success.They will remain up to date on new e-commerce trends, including but not limited to digital shelf content strategy, marketplace policy shifts; and will have an aptitude for learning new technology, tools, and techniques in support of Hinge's clients' goals.They will work directly with clients and the Hinge Commerce cross-functional team to define and execute digital shelf strategies on Amazon, Walmart, and other retail marketplaces.This successful candidate will have an efficient and detail-oriented mindset to keep processes organized and moving forward.
