This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting sustainability reporting and data management in the commercial construction industry.What You’ll Do:Serve as theSustainability Data Specialist , tracking fuel usage, material deliveries, and other key sustainability metrics.Pull and organize invoice data from systems such as GC Pay and CMiC.Input and manage data within carbon tracking software (Watershed) to support environmental reporting.Assist in gathering utility and subcontractor data for regulatory compliance.Work closely with project teams to ensure accurate and timely sustainability reporting.What We’re Looking For:Proficiency in Outlook and Excel.Administrative or office coordination experience.Experience in commercial construction is preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage repetitive, data-heavy tasks.Familiarity with construction management software and experience with invoices or data tracking is a plus.Why This Role is Exciting: As aSustainability Data Specialist , you’ll play a key role in advancing green building initiatives and helping the company meet its sustainability goals.
