Job DescriptionSuperintendent - Commercial ConstructionA highly respected and growing commercial general contractor in the Austin area is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from groundbreaking through closeout.We're looking for a hands-on field leader who takes ownership of the schedule, drives accountability on-site, and delivers high-quality projects safely and efficiently.What You'll Do:Oversee daily field operations on ground-up and major renovation commercial projectsCoordinate and manage subcontractors and multiple tradesMaintain project schedules and drive production milestonesEnforce safety standards and ensure OSHA complianceCollaborate closely with Project Managers to align schedule, budget, and qualityLead jobsite meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholdersManage inspections, punch lists, and project turnoverWhat We're Looking For:7+ years of commercial construction experience3+ years as a SuperintendentStrong scheduling and sequencing expertiseAbility to read and interpret construction documentsProven leadership managing complex, fast-paced jobsitesOSHA 30 preferredExperience in healthcare, multifamily, education, retail, or industrial projects is a plus.What's Offered:Strong pipeline of Denver-area commercial workCompetitive compensation and full benefitsOpportunity to grow with a stable, well-established GCLeadership that values field-driven decision makingIf you're a Superintendent who leads from the front and takes pride in delivering projects the right way, apply online or email your resume to Kenna Warren at kenna.warren@gogpac.com .
