You will work both independently and with other developers to implement a range of new features, in close collaboration with our Product team.Your every day work routineWork both individually and in collaboration with other engineers on our Ruby on Rails projects, demonstrating a strong sense of responsibility and effective project managementDevelop our customer-facing application, as well as internal management tools, with a clear focus on customer orientation and holistic thinkingDevelop, test and deploy your code, with the support of your Team Lead, and in close collaboration with our Product, applying strong problem-solving ability and clear communication skillsWe work iteratively and deploy oftenYour ProfileYou have several years of professional experience working in Ruby on Rails in backend or full-stack roles, and have already gained varied project experience, ideally with structured project ownershipYou worked at least for 4 years at a senior level, and have an expert-level knowledge of the entire Rails ecosystem, paired with a solution-oriented mindsetYou ideally have experience working in a start-up/scale-up, on a customer-facing application, and bring a pronounced user-centric approachYou are known for your clear and effective communication style, take ownership of your work, and are able to understand complex systems through end-to-end thinkingYou live in Germany and work as a permanent employee fully remote or want to move hereWhat You Can ExpectYou will be equipped with the latest MacBook of your likingWe respect your time and keep our meetings to a minimum, preferring async communication where possibleYou work with an international team, with whom you can regularly exchange ideas in our Munich office or remoteFlat hierarchies and quick decisionsCreative freedom and active participation in building our companyExciting team eventsPermanent employment with fixed salaryFlexible working hours28-30 days holiday per yearAbout UsAre you looking for an exciting new challenge?
