As we grow, we are looking for a versatile Technical Program Manager to help guide the execution of complex, impactful projects.Job Overview:We are seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage key technical programs spanning multiple areas, including advanced machine learning, signal processing, and RF technologies. This role will involve coordinating with manufacturers, ensuring that project timelines are met, and identifying potential risks, including technical and legal concerns. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Chinese and English, facilitating communication between our team and manufacturing partners in China and Taiwan.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage technical programs related to AI/ML, signal processing, antenna design, and RFIC/ASIC development.Communicate directly with manufacturers to ensure smooth execution, troubleshoot issues, and keep all stakeholders informed.Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including engineering, legal, and product management, to ensure project goals are met.Identify and flag potential legal issues as they arise during program execution, collaborating with legal teams when necessary.Ensure timely delivery of key program milestones and provide updates to senior leadership on progress.Manage timelines, project risks, and dependencies, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.Act as a liaison between engineering teams and external vendors, including contract negotiations and technical clarifications.Qualifications:1-2+ years of experience in program management, ideally in technical domains such as AI/ML, signal processing, and RF technologies.Strong technical background with knowledge in AI/ML, signal processing, antenna, and RFIC/ASIC development.Bilingual in Chinese and English: Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in both languages.Experience managing relationships with manufacturers, particularly in China.Ability to foresee and flag potential legal risks related to contracts, intellectual property, or manufacturing agreements.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Experience working in a startup environment.Knowledge of medical devices and regulatory requirements.Familiarity with intellectual property (IP) issues and contract management.
