This is an on-site role where you will provide tailored treatment to adults with cognitive and physical impairments at their respective Adult Day Training Centers as well as at our outpatient therapy offices. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective rehabilitation, and therapy plans that help clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.QualificationsStrong foundation in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation techniquesProficiency in delivering high-quality Patient Care in clinical and community environmentsExcellent communication and team collaboration skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered careLicensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Kentucky or eligibility to obtain licensureExperience working with mentally and physically challenged individuals is a bonusAbility to adapt and thrive in a collaborative, flexible, and supportive work environment
