HVAC Service Technician

Position: Commercial HVAC TechnicianLocation: Loveland, COPay: $35–$40+ per hour (DOE)Dispatch: From home (take-home vehicle)About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician. This is an opportunity for a seasoned technician who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to be part of a tight-knit, high-performing team.What You'll Be Working On:Commercial and industrial facilities including: Hospitals Schools Recreation centers Water treatment plants (specialized systems) Equipment includes: Rooftop units (RTUs) Package units and split systems (up to 75 tons) Chillers VAV systems Building controls (BACnet) Key Responsibilities:Diagnose, service, and repair commercial HVAC systems Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Troubleshoot complex mechanical and controls-related issues Communicate professionally with clients on-site Maintain accurate service documentation Support and mentor junior technicians when needed Contribute to building a strong, reliable service team What We're Looking For:5–10+ years of commercial HVAC experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across multiple system types Prior experience leading or mentoring other technicians is a big plus Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and support others Professional, client-facing demeanor Reliable, consistent, and takes pride in their work Confident working independently in the field
