As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled Home Infusion Nurses to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, specializing in IV infusion therapy. This role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.ResponsibilitiesAdminister IV infusions and medications as prescribed within ambulatory infusion suite and in the home.Assist with PICC/Midline/PIV line maintenance both onsite and in the home.Monitor patients for adverse reactions.Maintain accurate patient records using CPR+/Caretend and other electronic health record systems.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.Conduct patients assessments related to infusion therapy.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medication administration, and self-care techniques.Basic Education and/or Experience RequirementsAssociates degree or higher in nursingMust be licensed or registered in the State of FloridaPhysical Demand RequirementsAbility to stand for extended periods of time.Frequent bending, stooping, reaching.Ability to carry at least 30lbsJoin our team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing exceptional care and improving the lives of our patients through effective infusion therapy.
