This role is based primarily in Edinburgh, with required on-site presence in Bloomington at least 1 day per week.The Edinburgh property is a 55+ community with a mix of affordable and market-rate units. The Bloomington property is market rate.We are looking for a candidate with property management experience, strong computer skills, experience with affordable housing programs, and the ability to manage leasing, compliance, resident relations, collections, inspections, maintenance coordination, and daily site operations with strong organization and attention to detail.This is a full-time, in-person position at $24 per hour and includes 401(k), company match, health, dental, vision, and paid time off.Apply today to join Syndicus Property Group!
