Key Responsibilities Provide empathetic, ethical, and professional telephonic support to individuals experiencing distress or seeking guidance Assess emotional and behavioral health concerns, including levels of risk and urgent safety issues Maintain accurate, timely, and clinically sound documentation Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited 4-year college or university Minimum of 1 year direct experience in behavioral health, counseling, or social services Ability to multitask effectively while navigating multiple software systems Must have a secure, HIPAA-compliant home workspace with a locking door and stable internet connection Regular availability on weekends and holidays is required
