With its scenic views and welcoming atmosphere, Fourwinds remains a cornerstone of the Lake Monroe lifestyle for both visitors and the local lake community.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and maintenance of guest rooms, hallways, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure a safe and well-maintained property.Complete preventive maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, plumbing checks, lighting replacement, and equipment inspections.Repair minor electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry issues in a timely and efficient manner.Respond promptly to maintenance work orders and service requests from guests and staff.Identify and report larger repair needs or safety concerns and assist with coordinating repairs as needed.RequirementsMust pass background check.Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Ability to provide friendly, professional service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
