The QA Senior Dairy Supervisor will oversee the quality assurance process for dairy operations, ensure compliance with food safety regulations, and monitor the implementation of quality standards. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, supervising production lines, resolving quality issues, conducting audits, and ensuring adherence to company-wide quality practices. Effective collaboration with other departments and the ability to document and report findings are key aspects of the role.QualificationsExperience in quality assurance processes, food safety regulations, and inspection protocolsMUST be Bilingual (Spanish/English)Knowledge of dairy products, manufacturing practices, and compliance requirementsStrong leadership and team management skills for supervising production staffProficiency in conducting audits and resolving quality-related concernsAbility to analyze data, prepare reports, and communicate findings effectivelyAttention to detail with the capability to identify and address discrepanciesProficiency with quality control tools, systems, and relevant softwareBachelor's degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, or related field (preferred)Previous experience in the food manufacturing industry is a plus
