Press Brake Operator - 2nd Shift

Specific RolePress brake machine operation plays a key role in EMIT’s manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for the performance and utilization of their respective machines.Key AccountabilitiesExecute daily production schedules while ensuring all finished products meet specified quality standardsMaintain organization of manufacturing orders (MOs), including transferring finished work to pallets and properly labeling partsMaintain accurate job and production status in OSEONKeep work areas organized, clean, and free of potential hazardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in manufacturing or fabrication preferred1+ years of experience operating press brake machines or similar manufacturing equipment preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawingsBasic understanding of measurement tools (calipers, tape measures, gauges)Familiarity with production tracking systems (e.g., OSEON or similar ERP/MRP systems) preferredStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality standardsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and meet production deadlinesGood communication and teamwork skillsPhysical and Safety Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50–75 lbs. repeatedlyStand, walk, and move for an entire shiftAlways use applicable PPEFollow safety protocols when using tools and handling materialsWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds.Pay Range$18 - $20 USD
