QuickPros Plumbing & Air is looking to hire a reliable, motivated, and experienced Plumber / Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. Position Overview The Plumbing Service Technician will be responsible for running residential and light commercial plumbing service calls, diagnosing issues, presenting repair options, completing approved repairs, and providing a high level of customer service. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers, and wants to grow with a company that is building something strong. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues Perform water heater repairs and replacements Clear drain stoppages and perform drain-related services Repair leaks, fixtures, valves, toilets, faucets, garbage disposals, and other plumbing components Provide clear options and recommendations to customers Explain repairs in a professional and easy-to-understand way Complete invoices, job notes, photos, and required documentation Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle Follow company procedures and safety standards Offer maintenance memberships and additional solutions when appropriate Represent QuickPros with professionalism and integrity Qualifications Plumbing service experience required Strong troubleshooting and repair skills Good communication and customer service skills Clean and professional appearance Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable using a phone/tablet for job notes, photos, invoices, and dispatching Must be dependable, organized, and motivated Drain cleaning experience is a plus Water heater installation experience is a plus HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required What We’re Looking For We want someone who is honest, dependable, and great with customers. The right person will be able to diagnose problems, educate the customer, provide options, and complete quality work without cutting corners. Pay Pay is based on experience and performance. Compensation options may include hourly, commission, or a combination depending on experience and fit. Estimated pay range: $25 – $45+ per hour / competitive commission opportunities Experienced technicians with strong sales, service, and customer communication skills may earn more.
