As Corston US expands into the Canadian market, we are seeking a talented Canadian French (Quebec) Translator to support localization efforts and ensure all customer-facing content resonates naturally with French Canadian audiences.The roleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and culturally fluent Canadian French (Quebec) Translator to support our growing North American presence. This role will be responsible for translating and localizing all marketing and customer-facing content from US English into Quebec French.You will work across a wide range of brand and digital touchpoints including website content, marketing assets, digital advertising campaigns, email communications, product information, and customer support materials. The ideal candidate will combine exceptional translation skills with a strong understanding of tone, branding, and the nuances of the Quebec market.Key ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities· Translate and localize all marketing assets from US English into Canadian French (Quebec)· Translate website content, landing pages, product descriptions, and digital campaigns· Adapt email marketing communications, paid advertising copy, and customer-facing messaging for the Quebec market· Ensure all translated content is culturally relevant, accurate, and aligned with Corston’s tone of voice and brand standards· Review and proofread translated materials for grammar, clarity, terminology, and consistency· Collaborate with internal marketing and creative teams to maintain messaging consistency across channels· Support localization of customer support resources, FAQs, and installation documentation· Maintain translation glossaries and terminology consistency across all contentSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseYour skills, qualities and experience· Native Canadian French (Quebec) fluency with excellent English proficiency· Proven experience translating marketing, website, and digital content· Strong understanding of Quebec French language conventions and cultural nuances· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills· Ability to preserve brand tone and messaging across translated content· Experience working with marketing teams, creative assets, and digital campaigns· Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines independently· Experience with localization or translation management tools is a plus
