We are also pleased to offer new services and specialized treatment for young individuals recovering from their first psychotic episode.For qualified professionals seeking hands on experience with a variety of Evidence Based Practices training and supervision is available.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferredLMSW with 3 plus years of experience in a clinical setting, LCSW/LMHC with experience in clinical setting.Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health CounselingExperience working with adolescents and families and be comfortable in both individual and group settingsComputer skills and experience working with electronic medical recordsSignificant substance use disorder experience and/ or CASAC is a plusPerform other duties as assignedBilingual English and Spanish speaking is a plusExpectationsFee for Service Therapist will be required to attend 2 group supervisions monthly to maintain this position and this required time will be compensated equal to 1 unit of service.FFS Therapist will be expected to respond timely to communication sent by the agency, including clinical staff and collaborating departments such as Care Management, and external service providers such as DSS.FFS Therapist will be expected to complete all agency required documentation within established timeframes. FFS Therapist will be expected to adhere to all clinic workflows and protocols outlined and reviewed during the training/onboarding and as summarized in the “New Therapist Training Schedule.”EEOAccess: Network is an EEO employer
