Program Manager
Job RequirementsThe Program Manager, a full-time regular role, is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of platform engineering initiatives with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and performance. This position manages end-to-end project delivery for large national accounts, including scoping, scheduling, financial oversight, and milestone tracking, while ensuring adherence to standardized commissioning guidelines and industry best practices. The manager collaborates cross-functionally to enhance platform tools and processes, oversees the production team’s operations, and drives talent management through recruitment, development, and fostering a strong team culture aligned with company values.Work ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, required.Five (5) years of experience in HVAC systems, platform development, or building automation required.Demonstrated experience managing large, complex national accounts through full project lifecycle required.Experience in financial tracking, budget management, and reporting required.Prior experience managing or leading a production team required.Strong communication and customer service skills required.PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar) preferred.Ability to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.BenefitsAdvance your career with Stark Tech, a leader in facilities and energy solutions.
