Job Title: Electronics Technician IIILocation: Schaumburg, IL 60196Duration: 06+ months contractShift hours: 9am- 5pm M-FridayJob DescriptionMain Responsibilities:Analyze and troubleshoot 2-way radios and repeatersCreate/modify cable assembliesRework circuits (0201 size parts, SOICs, fine-pitch BGAs)Test radios/repeaters for product certificationTrack prototype radios and repeatershands on experience in circuit level testing is preferredMust-Have Qualifications:Ability to read schematics and layoutsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsEducation:Technical Associate's DegreeExperience:4+ years troubleshooting radio circuitsStrong understanding of radio operationsProficient with test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)Skilled in soldering/replacing 0201 parts, SOICs, BGAsSkilled in rework with small-gauge wire (32 AWG or smaller)Working knowledge of Cadence Allegro Design Entry HDL & PCB Layout EditorFamiliarity with LabVIEW and Python (preferred)Strong communication and organizational skills
