ProScore Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Workforce Development Coordinator to support the administration and growth of our technology-driven apprenticeship programs. This role plays an important part in guiding apprentices through onboarding, monitoring their progress, and coordinating with instructors and partners to ensure a positive and successful experience.The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting learners across multiple skilled trades. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to workforce development initiatives that create meaningful career pathways.ResponsibilitiesManage and support a caseload of at least 100 apprentices across programs such as electricians, construction craft laborers, and operatorsTrack progress in Related Technical Instruction and completion of the ProScore curriculum modulesCoordinate logistics and provide ongoing support to apprentices throughout their program participationRegister apprentices in the ProScore portal and ensure required documentation is completed and signedMaintain accurate program records and assist with compliance reportingCollaborate with instructors and external training partners delivering instruction through:NCCERPearsonCommunicate with internal teams to resolve issues, remove barriers, and improve apprentice outcomesSupport new initiatives and process improvements as projects evolveQualificationsProficiency with workplace productivity tools including:Google WorkspaceMicrosoft Office SuiteStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlinesClear written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated problem-solving ability and collaborative mindsetWillingness to learn and adapt as new projects and responsibilities emergePreferred QualificationsExperience supporting workforce development, apprenticeship programs, or training administrationFamiliarity with tracking learner progress and maintaining compliance documentationComfort working with cross-functional teams and external training partnersFamiliarity with CRM or LMS platforms such as HubSpot or similar systemsFamiliarity with apprenticeship reporting or data systems such as RAPIDS#J-18808-Ljbffr
