Clinician Onboarding Manager

A company is looking for a Clinician Onboarding Manager to oversee the clinician preboarding experience and training for clinical practice. Key Responsibilities Manage clinician participation in onboarding and training sessions, ensuring engagement and completion Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program, including technology setup and EMR training Evaluate onboarding effectiveness and continuously improve training outcomes based on feedback Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, or equivalent experience 5+ years of experience in clinical onboarding or healthcare education Proficiency in Epic and ability to adapt to clinical workflows and EMR processes Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding workflows Proficiency with Microsoft 365 for managing documents and training materials
