Role Description This is a full-time, on-site General Manager role located in Texas, United States. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day business operations, develop and implement strategic goals, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure overall efficiency and profitability. Responsibilities include managing budgets, creating business plans, fostering team collaboration, driving customer satisfaction, and adhering to organizational objectives. The role also requires building and nurturing relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders. Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team building, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilitiesStrong operational and financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocationCapability in customer relations, communication, and stakeholder engagementAnalytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends, opportunities, and company performanceProven experience in the HVAC or related industry is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus
