With a dedicated global team of over 5,000 professionals, LanceSoft connects businesses with top-tier talent and individuals with meaningful career opportunities.Role DescriptionLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Structured Cabling Technician for a full-time contractual, on-site role based in New Albany, OH.Primary ResponsibilitiesPull, route, and secure Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and low-voltage cablingInstall cable pathways including ladder racks, cable trays, and support systemsDress, label, and organize cables per installation standardsSupport structured cabling and basic termination activitiesFollow prints, layouts, and cable routing drawingsMaintain clean, safe, and organized work areasRequired SkillsExperience with cable pulling and structured cabling installationsExperience with Cat5, Cat6, fiber optic, and low-voltage cablingFamiliarity with cable trays, ladder racks, and pathway systemsAbility to work in data center environmentsUnderstanding of installation best practices and cable management standardsWork ScheduleInitial schedule:6:00 PM – 6:30 AMSunday through Saturday morningSchedule expected to continue for at least four weeks before potentially transitioning to a five-day work weekMust be comfortable working overnight shifts and extended schedules
