Schedule & Pay Night Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Friday Shifts occasionally run past 2:00 AM during high-volume periods Pay: $21.15/hr to start → $22.33 after 90 days → $23.50 after 6 months Full-time, in person What the Job Is Really Like Our night crew is small and tight-knit. Everyone pitches in on end-of-shift cleanup — no one’s above any task. You’ll work alongside a diverse, experienced team that looks out for each other, and you’ll follow established pick processes and supervisor direction to keep orders accurate and the floor safe. Day to day, you will: Pick 150+ cases per hour accurately using paper pick tickets Match product descriptions to orders with precision Build stable, shippable pallets Safely operate forklifts and high-lifts (stock pickers) Help keep the warehouse clean and organized, including end-of-shift cleanup Follow all safety standards and procedures What We’re Looking For 1+ year of order-picking experience preferred 3+ years of warehouse experience Licensed or experienced forklift and high-lift operator Able to meet productivity and accuracy goals Team player who takes direction well and works safely Physically able to lift up to 60 lbs. and stay on your feet through the shift Reliable attendance — a small crew depends on every person showing up Benefits After 90 days of successful employment, you’ll be enrolled in Teamsters Local 570 (modest monthly union dues apply).
