Sr. AI Developer

Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior AI Developer to build and deploy scalable AI-powered applications. The ideal candidate has strong experience in Python, backend development, LLMs, machine learning, and cloud deployment.ResponsibilitiesBuild AI-powered products using LLMs, ML models, and APIs.Develop RAG pipelines, chatbots, semantic search, embeddings, and vector database integrations.Design backend APIs and scalable AI services.Improve AI accuracy, performance, latency, and cost.Deploy and monitor AI applications on cloud platforms.Mentor junior developers and review code.Required Skills5+ years of software development experience.2+ years of AI/ML or Generative AI experience.Strong Python and backend development skills.Experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar platforms.Knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and NLP.Experience with FastAPI, Flask, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, and cloud platforms.Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.PreferredExperience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.Experience with MLOps, model fine-tuning, AI agents, and production monitoring.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
