The ideal candidate accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company.Benefits:3 weeks paid vacation which increases with tenure (6 sick days, 8 paid holidays)Several medical coverage options to fit your needs best401K matchFREE entry to ALL our parks and water parks!Perks:Complimentary tickets for friends and familyDiscounts on food and park merchandiseFull-time associate events and gatheringsMaximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Responsibilities:Key Duties and Responsibilities:Lead the Maintenance Division to deliver results in a broad array of activities, including facilities maintenance, annual preventative maintenance activities, repair and rehabilitation of structures and equipment, new construction, architectural design, landscaping, and support for park operationsGenerates and analyzes financial reports related to budgets, operations, performance of facility maintenance, capital improvement projects, and maintain full P&L responsibilityMaintain OSHA Safety Standards and company policies and proceduresPrepare, administer and maintain both Operating and Capital budgetsScheduling, planning, and timely execution of all projects related to Maintenance or CapitalResponsible for ensuring all projects are completed in a safe and timely manner so as not to adversely affect the Guest ExperienceEvaluate performance data to refine business and operational practices, ensure safe and efficient operations, effective work force utilization, and effective budget controls.Keep all records and documentation updated daily, accessible and organizedProvide leadership, coaching and development for the entire Maintenance TeamEstablish and maintain relationships within the various Maintenance department to sustain a productive and satisfying work environmentDevelop a diverse work force and management team focused on safe methodsAct as a liaison with state and local officials having regulatory oversight and inspection responsibilities Support the company mantra; friendly, clean, fast and safe serviceOrganizational Relationships:Reports directly to the Regional General ManagerDirectly supervises Maintenance and Facilities teams. xevrcycQualifications:Skills and Qualifications:Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, and inspirational with strong communication skillsExperience with Maximo or another enterprise asset management tool preferredStrong Computer Skills in Microsoft applicationsMinimum 10 years project management experience in construction preferredStrong public presentation skills preferredFlexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidaysHistory of on-time, on budget project performanceBA or BS in Business, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferredProfile:DecisiveInformationalPositive, direct and inspiring leadershipCreativeConsistent approachable demeanor and toneResults drivenOther Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
