Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll handle full-cycle recruiting and collaborate closely with hiring managers. You will also oversee candidate pipelines and enhance BWZ's talent brand through positive candidate interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Run intake meetings to define roles and interview structures
Own forward momentum on recruitment requisitions
Lead structured, evidence-based interviews with candidates
Build and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines
Collaborate on wider People Operations projects
Requirements
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
Strong understanding of evidence-based recruiting
Exceptional sourcing and relationship-building skills
Comfort with AI tools and process automation
