Order Management Specialist

OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.Essential FunctionsResponsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Review purchase orders and product specifications for accuracy and compatibilityReview specifications and floorplans as well as create drawings in CET Work closely with customers to resolve specification issuesDevelop a high level of product knowledgeBecome proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programsWork closely with departmental team as well as other departmentsWork in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelinesProduce high-quality outputQualificationsStrong organizational skillsHighly detailed and technically oriented with a drive for quality and excellenceStrong interpersonal and written communication skillsStrong drive for and focus on customer satisfactionCapable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAbility and desire to learn a multitude of software programsAptitude for learning and problem-solvingAbility to work with customers and sales staffAdaptable to changing business processes and modelsExperienceA degree or relevant post-secondary educationPrior experience with CET or other specifying software helpful, but not required
