This position is ideal for a senior nurse with strong leadership skills and experience managing hospital operations and clinical teams.Schedule:3x12-hour shiftsDay Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PMNight Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AMWeekend rotation required (typically every 3rd weekend, occasionally every other)Key Responsibilities:Oversee hospital-wide nursing operations and staffingServe as the clinical resource and escalation point for all nursing unitsCoordinate patient admissions, transfers, and bed managementRespond to rapid response calls, codes, and emergency situationsSupport teams in crisis intervention and de-escalationEnsure compliance with regulatory and safety standardsManage incident reporting, risk management, and sentinel event processesClinical Environment:Inpatient acute care settingPatient population includes neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatricsCommon patient diagnoses include CHF, NSTEMI, pneumonia, sepsis, surgical recovery, oncology, and geriatric careRequirementsExperience Requirements:Minimum 5 years of RN experienceRN Prior travel experience requiredED or ICU experience strongly preferredPrevious charge or leadership experience preferredExperience with Epic charting system
