Licensed EAP Counsellor (Portugal)

A company is looking for an EAP Counsellor (Dutch Speaking). Key Responsibilities Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, crisis management, and in-the-moment support while maintaining client confidentiality Assess clients for appropriateness of short-term counselling and manage high-risk calls Develop treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation in the case management system Required Qualifications Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, counselling, or a related field 2 years of experience in Clinical Psychology Membership in the Portuguese Board of Psychologists Fluency in Dutch and English Experience in solution-focused counselling
