Loan Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Servicing Specialist with previous banking experience to support the administration of commercial, residential, and consumer loan portfolios. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate loan maintenance, timely payment processing, and excellent service to both internal and external customers.Key Responsibilities:Process loan payments, payoffs, advances, and adjustments accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain loan records, including rate changes, escrow updates, and account modificationsMonitor loan accounts for discrepancies and resolve servicing issuesSupport commercial, residential, and consumer loan servicing activitiesRespond to customer inquiries and provide high-quality serviceEnsure compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal teams such as lending, operations, and complianceQualifications:1+ year of banking or loan servicing experienceWorking knowledge of commercial, residential, and consumer loansStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in banking systems and Microsoft OfficeAscendo is a certified minority owned staffing firm, and we welcome and celebrate diversity.
