The organization is committed to supporting positive behavioral outcomes and enhancing the well-being of individuals and communities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Providence, RI. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing and supervising individualized behavior intervention plans, training and guiding parents and staff, and providing direct and indirect oversight of ABA therapy services. Additionally, the BCBA will collaborate with teams to ensure high-quality services and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with professional and ethical standards.QualificationsExpertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principlesSkills in Parent Education and Behavior ManagementStrong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with diverse populationsAbility to manage multiple priorities and maintain detailed documentationBoard Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a RI LBA is mandatoryMaster’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Education, or Behavior AnalysisExperience with children and families, particularly in mental health or in-home ABA-service settings, is strongly recommended.
