About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to design and develop reliable, cost-effective electronics for our next generation of laboratory automation and robotic systems. This role requires a strong foundation in system-level electrical design, wiring diagram, and cable assembly. This is an opportunity to grow alongside a mission-driven organization and take on increasing responsibility over time.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and debug electrical systems for lab automation productsCreate schematics, design electrical system wiring diagrams, and perform component selectionBuild and test prototypes including electrical sub-assemblies, cables, and supporting hardwareGenerate design documentation such as test plans, drawings, and specificationsParticipate in design and technical reviewsManage product development timelinesCollaborate with customers and internal teams for requirements gathering, testing, and validationQualificationsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline, with at least two years of relevant experience. Hands-on experience designing analog and digital circuitry, including schematic captureBasic understanding of motion control systems (motors, encoders, pneumatics)Familiarity with safety-related components including circuit breakers, PLC’s, E-Stop mechanisms, etc. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work effectively both independently and within cross-functional teamsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsLocation: Onsite, Beverly MA OfficeSalary: $80,000-$90,000
