The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, evidence-based care and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes.Roles & Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plansProvide evidence-based orthopedic rehabilitation treatmentsDeliver exercise-based therapy, manual therapy, and functional trainingMonitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessaryMaintain accurate and timely clinical documentationCommunicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team membersContribute to a collaborative clinic environment and assist with overall clinic operationsEducation, Licensure, and Experience:Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)Active or eligible for Washington State Physical Therapy LicensePassion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient-centered careStrong communication and teamwork skillsBenefits:Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Sick LeaveRetirement Plan$2,000 annual continuing education allowance or student loan repaymentPotential relocation assistance
