The expected base salary range for this position is between 22.25 USD - 33.37 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary. In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives. As a family company, benefits are a key piece of our Total Rewards package as well and we're proud to provide a comprehensive, competitive, and differentiated benefits program that our people and their families value.2nd Shift: 1:45PM - 10:15PMSummary:Promote + adhere to safety rules + guidelines for all work processes, refusing to settle for shortcuts to ensure safety is the highest priority within the factoryPerform all operations required to complete batches for use in filling operations - these operations include: weighing items, adding ingredients, following instructions, logging data, interfacing with support systems, verifying quality, tracking inventory and mixing elements togetherMaintain a clean + welcoming workplace that complies with good manufacturing practices standards, 5S requirements + other established best practicesEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Follow PPE requirements at all timesAdhere to GMPs and all other safety requirements (LOTO, lifting restrictions, pedestrian pathways, etc.)Follow batching instructions to blend batches that meet all quality specifications - attention to detail is CRITICALFollow documented processes to sanitize all processing equipment used in the operations at predefined intervals and perform testing to verify that the sanitization is successful.Keep good documentation and records of batching steps and sanitizations performedUse powered equipment like scrubbers, drum haulers, and bag lifters safely to assist in day to day dutiesAttend shift change, safety/quality, and huddle meetings to ensure clear communication with teammatesKeep up to date with any assigned checks or audits in RedzonePerform housekeeping duties as needed to promote a clean and safe working environment for the teamCooperate with fellow mixologists and with other departments, (maintenance, quality, materials) to ensuresmooth operation of production linesRequired Skills / Experience / Competencies:3+ years of experience (consumer packaged goods preferred) as a compounder or blenderExperience working in a chemical blending environmentUnderstanding of software systems and interfacesDemonstrated track record of integrity + work ethicFamiliarity with SAP and HAZWOPER/RCRA certification preferred, but not requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentJob Requirements:2nd shiftCandidates should have the ability to stand for a minimum of 8.5 hours a day, performing manual dutiesMust be flexible to work weekends and overtime when neededAbility to communicate effectively both written + orally in EnglishStrong attention to detailWillingness to learn + ability to adapt to a changing environmentSense of humor + a positive outlook with a "can-do" attitude!Inclusion & DiversityWe believe that being a team of diverse people with different ideas, views and cultures will help us and our business thrive.
