Look no further!**About the Firm (Confidential Client)• Independent wealth management and tax planning firm serving retirees, pre-retirees, and select business owners• Approximately $200M in assets under management plus roughly $60M in annuity business• Client households are generally in the $1M–$5M range in investable assets• Recently launched an integrated tax practice arm to provide a true “one-stop shop” for clientsRole OverviewWe are seeking a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) who will work closely with senior advisors to deliver holistic financial planning, support client relationships, and help guide clients through complex financial decisions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-centric, and excited to grow within a collaborative advisory environment.Key Responsibilities• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial plans, including retirement, tax, estate, insurance, and education planning• Participate in client meetings and serve as a trusted point of contact for planning-related questions• Analyze client financial data and develop recommendations aligned with client goals• Collaborate with advisors on investment strategy implementation and ongoing portfolio reviews• Maintain accurate and compliant client records and planning documentation• Support ongoing client service, reviews, and follow-up items• Stay current on CFP® standards, financial planning best practices, and regulatory requirementsQualifications• CFP® certification required (active and in good standing)• 2+ years of experience in financial planning or wealth management• Strong understanding of comprehensive financial planning concepts• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills• Proficiency with financial planning and CRM software (e.g., eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Redtail, or similar)• Ability to work effectively in a small, team-oriented firm environment
