Account Executive
We’re looking for a driven Sales Account Executive with a strong background in digital advertising sales within a media company environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue growth. Especially within Spanish-speaking markets.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect, develop, and close new business opportunities in digital advertising (display, video, programmatic, social, etc.)Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, with a focus on Spanish-speaking audiences and marketsBuild strategic relationships with agencies and direct clientsCreate customized media proposals and presentations based on client objectivesCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, ad ops, creative) to ensure successful campaign executionMeet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targetsStay informed on industry trends, digital media innovations, and competitive landscapeRequired Qualifications3–7+ years of experience in digital ad sales at a media company (publisher, network, or platform)Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotasStrong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem (programmatic, DSPs, SSPs, targeting, analytics)Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)Experience selling to or working with multicultural or Hispanic markets is highly preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentPreferred ExperienceExisting book of business or strong industry contactsExperience working with major agencies or brandsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)What We OfferCompetitive base salary + commission structureHealth, dental, and vision benefitsFlexible work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a fast-growing media organization
