General Manager | Fast-Growing Restaurant Concept We are seeking an experienced and energetic General Manager to lead operations for a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant concept known for its strong culture, exceptional guest experience, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hospitality leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, understands how to build and develop high-performing teams, and can balance people leadership with strong financial and operational execution. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of daily operations including team development, guest satisfaction, food quality, profitability, and execution of brand standards. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Build, coach, and develop a strong leadership team and hourly staff Create a positive, high-energy, accountability-driven culture Lead by example through hands-on floor leadership and operational involvement Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development Maintain a people-first environment focused on hospitality and teamwork Operations Management Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations Ensure consistent execution of food quality, cleanliness, speed of service, and hospitality standards Maintain operational systems, procedures, and company standards Drive efficiency during high-volume service periods Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations Financial Performance Manage restaurant P&L and deliver financial performance targets Control labor, food cost, waste, and operating expenses Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to improve profitability Drive top-line sales growth through operational excellence and guest satisfaction Manage scheduling, inventory, and budgeting responsibilities Guest Experience Create an exceptional guest experience that drives repeat business Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Maintain high standards of hospitality and service execution Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment at all times Team Development Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard team members Train and mentor managers and hourly employees Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching conversations Develop future leaders through structured growth and accountability Qualifications 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant environment Strong leadership and people-development skills Proven success managing restaurant financials and P&L Experience leading teams in fast-paced environments Hands-on leadership style with strong operational awareness Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards Passion for hospitality, culture, and guest experience Preferred Background Fast casual or QSR leadership experience Experience with high-volume sales environments Strong systems and process orientation Multi-unit exposure is a plus Experience opening new restaurant locations is preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Performance-based bonus opportunity Health benefits Paid time off Career growth opportunities with a rapidly expanding brand Strong company culture and leadership support
