Location: Work from Home – Indiana residents, Initial on-site training – Saginaw, Michigan.What to ExpectUtilize your technical experience and listening skills to assist field service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems, providing expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.Initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan, designed to equip you with the skills needed to effectively support field techs from your home office.Continuous support and resources including access to the latest technical data and repair strategies.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within our team.Skills for SuccessRequired SkillsStrong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain and/or infotainment systemsAble to use electronic service manualsEligibility RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentFive or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shopTwo ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley)Valid driver's licenseOne or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel or any role where you interacted with customers)Able to work shifts during these hours: Monday - Friday, 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. Eastern time / 10 a.m. - 7 p.m. Central time. No weekends. Must stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time sensitive.Nice to HaveElectric vehicle (EV) experienceMicrosoft Office experienceTyping skillsRemote Work RequirementsIndiana residentSecluded and distraction-free work environmentRequired internet setup: High-speed internet delivered through a wired provider (cable or fiber).
